AI Tools for Small Business

Every business is searching for something.

Where the money is going. Why the phone stopped ringing. What to fix first, and what to leave alone. Small business owners rarely get a straight answer to any of it. That is what this is for.

What I actually do

Most small businesses do not have a technology problem.
They have a leak problem.

The call nobody picked up. The estimate that never got a follow up. The job that got done and never got invoiced. The same twenty minutes of manual work every week because setting up the fix keeps landing on next month's list.

None of that shows up on a profit and loss statement as a line item. It shows up as a number that is lower than it should be, with no obvious reason why. Owners usually feel it long before they can point at it.

So the work here starts with finding them. One at a time, in plain language, with the math shown. Not a platform. Not a suite. Not a course about mindset. Just an honest answer to what is leaking and whether it is worth your attention.

Self-employed since 1994
Most of it spent running a physician recruiting firm. I have made payroll, lost deals to a missed phone call, and done the follow up by hand.
One person, no team
Not a VC-backed startup and not an agency. That is a constraint, and it is the reason everything here stays simple enough to actually use.
Priced in the open
The price is on the page. No discovery call required before you find out what something costs.
