UrologyHospital seeks a Board Eligible or Board Certified Urologist to serve the needs of patient population. This is a great opportunity to grow a practice with referral support from the network of hospital-employed physicians who comprise over 85% of the primary care providers in the county. Specialists in the market are supported by the network and characteristically achieve a market share of 50—65%. Radiation Oncology Center on campus for the collaborative treatment of cancer in appropriate patients. Collegial network of providers will welcome a Urologist to serve the full range of patients with urological symptoms. Urology JobTwo choices of practice model: 1) a private practice model with start-up assistance with forgiveness from the hospital for a Urologist to join the multi-specialty surgical group or 2) a hospital-employed practice with all the benefits of an employed model in an experienced practice management network, but with the rewards that come from personal productivity beyond the median, plus education loan repayment assistance. Either model is open to consideration to meet the needs of the community.
